Subscription and Payments

Billing Terms
- Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)

Refund and Cancellation Policy

- Fraudulent or unauthorized charges (must be reported within 30 days)

How to Cancel Your Subscription
Canceling your subscription is straightforward:

- Navigate to 'My Profile' → 'Settings'
- Click the 'Cancel Subscription' button
- Confirm cancellation (you can revert this action until the billing period ends)
Billing Cycle Information
Understanding your billing cycle helps you manage your subscription effectively:
- Monthly subscriptions: Charged every 30 days from your initial subscription date
- Annual subscriptions: Charged every 365 days with significant cost savings
- No proration for mid-cycle cancellations - you maintain access until your current period ends

For billing questions, exceptional refund requests, or to report unauthorized charges, please contact our billing support team within 30 days of the charge. We respond to all billing inquiries within 2-3 business days.

Intellectual Property

- Lexis owns all platform content, including lessons, exercises, and software

Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement:
- You may delete your account at any time through your settings
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately
